“Hale to the Kale” Recipe

ingredients: kale salad, broccoli, tomatoes, red pepper, green onions, cooked tofu with pine nuts, carrots, pine nuts and mandarin

salad dressing: brown sugar, salt, ginger, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar and seseme vinegar

how to prepare: Sauté tofu in pan with any cooking oil. Mix ingredients into bowl with kale salad. Mix dressing ingredient into its own bowl then mix dressing as you like into salad bowl.

Green energy soup:

half an avocado, 2.5 hand full power greens, 1 cup of apple juice, 1 cup of water, 1/2 apple

blend all together to a smooth but still a little bitey consistence and serve🙂
