Quick Recipes – French Endive Salad – Ep 4

Join us for this Quick Recipes episode where we will make French Endive Salad with blue cheese and walnuts. With Host and Chef Pascal Roche.

French endive salade (1 personne)

• 2 medium side endives ( shopped 1/2 inch)
• 1 tea spoon shopped blue cheese
• 1 tea spoon shopped walnuts
• 1 tea spoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tea spoon olive oil
• 1/2 tea spoon Dijon french mustard
salt, pepper.

vinaigrette :
1st mix Dijon mustard with balsamic vinegar (very important to have a smooth result)
2sd incorporate slowly the oil,always stirring the mix.

in a bowl :
Put the cut endives , blue cheese , walnuts, then incorporate the vinaigrette , mix for 15 seconds.
ET VOILA its ready.
