MORNING ENERGY SMOOTHIE

• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 apple
• 2 tea spoons blueberry
• 2 tea spoons almonds
• 2 tea spoons shredded coconuts
• 1 cup of spinach
• 1 glass of water.

Put everything in a blander until very smooth.
