Saumon fume pancake
Serves 20 pancakes
• 1 3/4 cup of butter milk pan cake mix
• 1 cupe of water.
• 1 egg
• 8 onces of smock sliced salmon.
• 1 small can of cappers or fraiche dill (1onces)
• 3 or 4 noisettes of butter (2 or 3 onces)
In a bowl mix pan cake powder water and egg until creamy consistency .
In a large pan (12 inches) melt 1 once of butter (high eat)
Drop pan cake mix (2 inches large) you can fit 6 or 8 in a large pan.
Flip them over until golden.
When ready instal them in a large flat dish, cut the edges to make it square 1 or 2 inches.
Separated the smock salmon and cut it the size of the pan cake , lead itch salmon square on top of the pan cake as flat as possible.
With a tea spoon, put some creme fraiche on top the salmon ( just a dot 1/4 of a tea spoon )
And the final touch 2 grain of cappers or fine shopped dill.
